Our warranty program begins at closing, it provides homeowners with one year coverage against workmanship errors and material defects. In addition, our structural warranty will cover load-bearing elements for 10 years.
It is beneficial for the homeowner to meet with a lender prior to our initial meeting. The lender will go over your financials and give you a thorough understanding of how the construction loan process works. We work with several lenders that can assist you with the process if needed. An accredited pre-approval letter will be required before the process of building a home can begin.
If there is an increase in material or labor after the contract has been signed, we will cover the cost increase up to 10%
Design options and selections should be completed prior to construction. However, changes are part of the building process. We will review the request and assess any additional change orders and fees, should there be any. Your final approval will be required before proceeding with the modification.
This will depend on the type and scope of work being performed. We can discuss options that will establish a plan that is flexible with you and allows for minimal project interruption.
Updates will be provided weekly through our online construction platform. You will have access to the client portal to view things like progress reports, schedule, pictures, and weekly logs.

Yes, if you have already purchased house plans through an architect we can provide construction only services. However, we recommend our Design. Build. Services for a more efficient process.
