PLANS, SELECTIONS, PRICING, AND PREPARATION
Pre-construction is the most crucial stage of our process, because the decisions made here shape everything that follows. Once the agreement is in place, Covewood guides the plan path, evaluates the homesite, and coordinates the design professionals, engineering, selections, specifications, pricing, permitting, and schedule—whether adapting an existing plan or developing a fully custom home. By resolving the design, scope, and investment together, we protect the vision, reduce uncertainty, and enter construction with a clear, buildable plan.
CONSTRUCTION
BRINGING THE VISION TO LIFE
With the plans, selections, scope, pricing, and construction agreement finalized, we move into construction. Covewood directs the schedule, trade partners, materials, and quality control while maintaining clear communication from the first work on site through final completion.
WELCOME HOME
COMPLETION AND CONTINUED SUPPORT
Before handing over the keys, we complete a detailed review and guide you through the home, its systems, care, and warranty coverage. Our support continues after move-in, allowing you to settle into your new home with confidence.
