Pre-Construction
The pre-construction phase is one of the most crucial steps in the design-build process. Whether you're pursuing a fully custom home or a semi-custom design, this process begins once your completed questionnaire is submitted, helping us tailor our approach to your unique preferences. Our in-house design team works closely with you to develop plans that reflect your lifestyle and priorities, while our construction team provides early insight into cost and material options to help you make informed decisions. This collaborative, upfront planning phase eliminates guesswork and helps mitigate potential issues—offering you clarity, confidence, and control from the very beginning.

Design
Once our project parameters have been outlined, the design phase can begin. Preliminary drawings will be created and revised throughout this phase, along with material estimates and a final budget. After the final drawings have been approved and all expectations established, the project can begin upon agreement.

Construction Phase
After both parties have signed and agreed to all terms, construction can officially begin. By using the latest construction software, we can keep the project moving forward, providing homeowners easy access to the construction process. Weekly logs, project scheduling, progress pictures, and file sharing will be available 24/7.
Post Construction
Welcome home! To conclude your home building project, we will have a final meeting that goes over the procedure of our warranty binder. Our warranty binder will bring you peace of mind, even after closing, by providing you with 1-year coverage on materials and workmanship, and a ten-year warranty on structural components.
