Pre-Construction
The pre-construction phase is one of the most important steps of the design-build process. During this phase, we will assess the following: budget, goals & aspirations, schedule, location, obstacles, & vision for the project. Our expert team will guide you through the steps and provide professional, unbiased support to give you absolute confidence in your investment. Our in-house design team can create house plans that are fully tailored to your wants and needs, while our construction team is readily available to provide input on overall cost and materials. The reconstruction phase mitigates problems by giving the homeowner a clear understanding of the objectives throughout the entire project, along with their associated cost and timeline.

Design
Once our project parameters have been outlined, the design phase can begin. Preliminary drawings will be created and revised throughout this phase, along with material estimates and a final budget. After the final drawings have been approved and all expectations established, the project can begin upon agreement.

Construction Phase
After both parties have signed and agreed to all terms, construction can officially begin. By using the latest construction software, we can keep the project moving forward, providing homeowners easy access to the construction process. Weekly logs, project scheduling, progress pictures, and file sharing will be available 24/7.
Post Construction
Welcome home! To conclude your home building project, we will have a final meeting that goes over the procedure of our warranty binder. Our warranty binder will bring you peace of mind, even after closing, by providing you with 1-year coverage on materials and workmanship, and a ten-year warranty on structural components.
